One can never predict how wild and crazy it might be in our home. Last Wednesday Kieran went down to the basement as Kieran and came up as a pirate! Quinn joined in the fun and threw on his batman/spiderman cape. To watch it all unfold was quite hilarious!
I started this blog in 2007 as a way for family far and wide to stay in the know about what the Fitz Boyz were up to. As the years have progressed, it has become more of a gift for K&Q, something for them to enjoy as they become adults. It is my hope that they will be able to check out this site whenever they want and share laughs and outstanding memories of all the fun things we did when they are young. Bottom line, I hope they know how loved they are, forever! xoxo Mum

SUNDAYS ARE EXHAUSTING!
Post gymnastics exhaustion! On this particular Sunday the boys fell asleep at about 4:40pm on the drive home from the gym. I carried them in and let them rest. We seriously tried to wake them up for dinner but had no response. Both boys were carried to bed, dressed as is and did not surface until 6:30am the following morning. Gymnastics = Easy to bed on Sunday nights!!!
SUPER SUNDAYS!
We had a wicked awesome time tobogganing with Claw and Grams in Chorley Park a few weeks ago. The boys LOVED it and absolutely did not want to pack it in. A very fun way to spend part of a day! Thanks for the fun, lets do it again soon!

WINTER WEEKENDS!
We are loving our winter weekends so far! We have our regularly scheduled Friday Family Movie Night which can often turn silly before bed! Saturday mornings have the guys in swimming lessons and both of them are far exceeding our expectations in how well they are doing within such a short period of time. Sunday afternoons have us at gymnastics which continues to be awesome! At any other given time throughout the weekend you can find Q & K shoveling, sledding, digging tunnels in the snow and playing with all of the family members they love so much.

K & Q piling up the snow in the lane hoping to be helpful to our neighbours pulling out of their garages.

Skating on the figure 8 trail down by the lake.

Getting towed back to the car post skate. Fun but truly exhausting!
Friday night Superhero stunts!
Getting a tow back to the car, post skate! Notice that Quinn is still wearing his skates. He refused to take them off. Pick your battles!!!

NEW COUSINS!
WOW! We are very excited to tell you that we have received 3 new cousins over the course of 8 weeks! We have ALMOST doubled our cousin contingent which is spectacular! Most recently Aunt Heather and Uncle Doyle welcomed twins. Charlotte Emily (3lbs 15oz) and Jacob Thomas (3lbs 5oz) were born on December 30th, 2010. They figured 2010 was a better year to be born!
We had the great fortune of getting in to meet the little people today at Sunnybrook Hospital. 2011 promises to be a wild ride for Heather and Doyle, and we are very much looking forward to sharing the adventures with them. HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Kieran patiently waiting in the family room at Sunnybrook. Unfortunately kids under 12 are not able to entre the NICU. The boys were very good and excited to see some pics of their new cousins. In a few weeks time, they will have the opportunity to meet them.

Quinn watching Cloudy with a chance of Meatballs in the family room. Quite an amazing place, they didn't want to leave!
