3.8 YEARS = FIRST BROKEN BONE!

What a way to end Quinn's birthday. We took Kieran to emerg to find out that yes, he does have a broken toe! Ouch! Ouch! Ouch! Never a dull moment.

Riding Quinn's new scooter around the house, Kieran hits wall and knocks down big blue wooden shutter. Ouch!

The result is a broken baby toe!

QUINN'S 2nd BIRTHDAY!

Amazingly, Quinn turned 2 on July 26th. Time Flies when you're having a fun!

We had a great small party to celebrate this incredible boy in our life. Quinn asked to have his buddies Maude and Ben come to his party, roll in his bro, Ant Jally, Gramz, Claw, Pete and our great friends and neighbours Oriana and Lisa and you've got a pretty fun party. Sadly, the rain kept us indoors but we still had a great time! Thanks to everyone for all of the birthday calls, cards and gifts.

EILEEN GOWAN ISLAND

So the weather felt like Fall... We still had a fantastic weekend up in Muskoka and we were very glad that Pete made the trip to hang with us. It was a relaxing and restful weekend filled with laughs, chasing and feeding the ducks in the bay, boat rides, craft shows, good food and wine with a bonfire to boot! So fun! Lets do it again next weekend! Thanks for making the trip up Pete. We loved having you!

We had a fantastic afternoon in Creemore visiting Mike, Les, Riley and Matthew visiting from Whistler and enjoying our time with Norah, Doug and Pat. What an incredible beautiful place! Thanks for sharing it with us.

RIDICULOUS FUN WITH THE RIVARD'S

Thanks to JO & MATT for an amazing, impromptu backyard bbq a few weeks ago. We all had a blast and Kieran came home asking if he could move in with Matt & Jo! Too Funny!

MUSKOKA

We had such a fun weekend in Muskoka. Thanks to Poppy and Nana for sharing their place with us. We enjoyed watching the workmen use their serious saws and make everything fit perfectly. We spent Friday playing with the cousins at the Gravenhurst splash park. Saturday turned out to be an incredibly beautiful day on the island. We ran around, swam, tubed, hiked and laughed more than we had in a long time. Quinn was so tired from trying to keep up with his cousins that he fell asleep on the boat ride back to main land at 5:30pm, transferred into the car and then did a second transfer from car to bed. He slept through until 7:30am the next morning! Whew! We've got to do that more often! :) Thanks for all of the laughs!
