How lucky are we? We headed up to Sandy Lake on Tuesday morning. We had a nice low key day or two before Grampa Claw arrived followed by Jally and Grams and Heather and Doyle. With each arrival, the boys voices grew louder and their energy doubled! It was a busy, busy weekend, but tons of fun. We could not have asked for more glorious weather. A few morning trips helped pass some of the time. We hit Bobcaygeon for new Crocs. A town adventure with Grampa took the boys to the bakery, locks, the boat maker and the park! A trip to the beach before the masses arrived and a quick stop to pick up some water guns (enough for everyone, of course) which allowed for a rather large and messy, I mean wet dock experience. Very Fun!
Lots of time in the paddle boat, Jal's new canoe, some double hose action and catching of caterpillars. What a weekend! Many thanks to everyone for all of their help keeping the boys entertained, interested and safe! Thanks for so many wonderful photos Jal! (I'm so rarely in any photos) xox
