We love the CP Holiday Train! This was the 4th consecutive year we have been there to see it and we will continue the tradition for as long as we can. Big thanks to Grampa Claw & Grams for starting the tradition and accompanying us every year. We were excited that Poppy and Nana have joined us in this tradition for a few years as well. This year, the holiday train celebration fell on Poppy's 66th birthday and he opted out of his birthday dinner to come. We were happy to have you there! It's official, the holidays have begun!
I started this blog in 2007 as a way for family far and wide to stay in the know about what the Fitz Boyz were up to. As the years have progressed, it has become more of a gift for K&Q, something for them to enjoy as they become adults. It is my hope that they will be able to check out this site whenever they want and share laughs and outstanding memories of all the fun things we did when they are young. Bottom line, I hope they know how loved they are, forever! xoxo Mum

COLLINGWOOD FUN!
A BIG Thank You to Stace, Martin & Hannah for having us up to Collingwood for the weekend. It was a long overdue catch up with wonderful friends. Hannah is now 7 and in grade 2 and an awesome little person. After a few rounds of Banana Scrabble, building of Playmobil and catching up at the chalet for a few hours we headed off to Plunge where the boys and Hans played hard! A fabulous dinner and a night of laughs followed by an early Sunday start. Breakfast, books and some trampoline time before heading back to Toronto. It was a very fun way to spend a weekend.

KIERAN 5, 4, 3, 2, 1...
CALLING ALL POLICE DETECTIVES!
Kieran comes up with the ideas and all we need to do is execute them. Shortly before he turned 4 he asked for a rocket ship party, so, we delivered. This year, he asked for a police party, once again we did our best to meet the ask. We called the local police department and asked if they would have us for a tour. A few phone calls and voice mails back and forth with Officer Claudio and badaboom badabing, he said sure! As Dave says, it was the Tax Payers Party! We visited the police station our tax dollars help support and then played police games in our local public park, yet another benefit of our taxes! All of us had a great time and the weather could not have been better! Big thanks to Ant Jally for making the huge effort of getting here, but missing most of the party due to an accident on the Gardiner. Thanks for all of your help while you were here. xo
SK SPECIAL HELPER BIRTHDAY FUN
What a day! Turning 5! Remembrance Day! Special Helper Day! The day before his birthday party! Birthday lunch with Mum! Loot bag shopping and birthday dinner. Wow! What a lucky boy! Thanks to everyone for all of the birthday wishes, gifts and out pouring of love. xo k.
Five year old Kieran ringing the bell telling kids it's time to come inside. He loves ringing that bell! Birthday crown, courtesy of his teacher Claire at daycare.

Putting the date up and sharing with friends that today is November, 11, 2010. It was the 47th day of school!
CONGRATULATIONS DAD!
Mike and I proudly watched Dave's Convocation from OISE with a Masters in Education. We sat in the highest possible row in U of T's Convocation Hall. The last time Mike was in that building was the day he walked up to receive his Osgoode Law Degree. Well done my love. We are very proud of your hard work and successes! Cheers to being done! :)

CHEERS TO NOVEMBER BABIES!
Nora and Kieran were born 368 days apart. They are 2 peas in a pod and definitely have a special bond. We made our way to Hamilton on Sunday night to celebrate our November babies. Nora turned 6 on November 8th and Kieran turned 5 on November 11th.
Grampa Mike made the trip from Ottawa to Hamilton to celebrate these wonderful kids in our lives. How lucky we are! Thanks to Kel and Darin for hosting yet another wonderful family meal. xo
